GENERAL STUDIO TERMS, CONDITIONS AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

We require Full Name, Current Street Address, Phone Number and Email address, for all Legal Compliance and Documents, Studio Job Paperwork, and Insurance Valuations. 

 

Entry may require a Form of Identity if requested, We ask for the Removal of Helmets, Hats Sunglasses and and Face Masks only accepted if you are unwell.

Items not collected within a reasonable timeframe, and with several attempts to reach you will be charged a Storage and Insurance Fee of $10 per day. 

Any items of value left and not collected, with invoices outstanding will be refined at scrap metal costs to recoup costs incurred.

We are happy to quote for your insurance claims in the event of loss or damage and send them directly to save you any drama on request, as we understand how difficult this can be at times to eliminate any excess stress for our Clients.

The quote supplied to the Insurance Provider will be for the full amount that they are responsible for solely and will exclude your Excess amount. This will be taken into consideration by way of the deposit requested payable directly to us. 

We do not Cover insurance on your items once they leave the Studio. This will be your responsibility. Please see more under the Insurance Terms.
